* Spooky*

The photohunt for this week is 'SpOOky' . . . just in time for All Hollows' Eve.

My Spooky can be found in a church in Rome.
Skeletons are often used to represent eternal life . . . This winged skull is in the basilica Santa Maria sopra Minerva ~ one of my favorite churches.

That's as spooky as I get ~
Leave your spooky comment and we'll come by for a visit.
Happy Haunting y'all~
Sandi

  1. That is really spooky. Many people do not realise that Halloween has its origins in Christianity, All Hollows Eve, and that it also was a celebration of the completion of harvest.
