The PhotoHunt for this weekend is *Spark*
I am never sure if lighting the candle sparks the prayer, or if saying the prayer sparks the candle . . . but either way ~ it seems to be more effective if you light a candle.
I'm also trying to think of something to do to 'spark' the photohunt . . . any ideas?

Happy Hunting y'all ~

Re lighting the candle: it doesn't hurt so...
ReplyDeleteRe Photo Hunt ideas -- here's one: Can we get back to the practice of people making a point to visit other Photo Hunter's blogs rather than just post links on yours? This way, more people might be inclined to generally play...
In any case, I hope that Photo Hunt just doesn't die out -- gradually or suddenly. I, for one, actually have been enjoying doing it for several years now! :)
Oh, and my entry this week is over here:-

Light often sparks thougfulness or ideas. Great photo for the theme.
ReplyDeleteMy spark was a life-changer.
Your spark had way more thought behind it than mine: http://www.sparklecat.com/diary/photo-hunt-spark
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion would be to set it up on Pinterest, and allow people to pin their Photo Hunt posts there. Then you could get a sneak peek of everyone's photos and it would be easy to like and share from there.
ReplyDeleteIn any case, this is my entry: http://eaglerockscenes.com/photo-hunt-spark/
Pinterest is a good way to like and share. I have a pinterest button at the top of the blog... it's easy to pin from here!
DeleteHappy Saturday photo hunters! My sparks shot is posted <a href="http://jdeq.typepad.com/jerrys_thoughts_musings_a/2013/10/photo-hunt-spark.html>HERE</a>.

ReplyDeletehi, Sandi! sorry to be late posting. my internet connection is acting up. :(
ReplyDeletei have pictures of candles, too, but i couldn't find them.
as to putting a 'spark' for photohunt, would it be possible to feature here in your blog one to three (it may be up to you) blogs that best depicts the week's theme? or to allow participants to post thumbnails of their takes?
i love photohunt. it's a great way to meet people and share ideas.
